Introduction ECM Brand Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and closing opportunities in the area of Enterprise Content Management and/or Information Lifecycle Governance (ILG). This position will use consultative selling skills with new and existing clients to position ECM and ILG software solutions and offerings in order to expand the software footprint in the assigned territory. They will quickly build an understanding of the breadth of ECM solutions portfolio, the ability to create a client vision and communicate well at both a business and IT level and the ability to sell solutions along with Lab Services.

Developing the sales strategy and delivering key presentations and proposals at all levels within customers.
Maintaining strong relationships with executives and influencers in the IT and Line of Business organizations in these accounts.
Thoroughly understanding the client's business, including their organization, financials, competitiveness in the market, and business issues.
Creating solutions which are tailored to client's business needs and integrating the brand capabilities in a way that is valued by the customer and superior to the competition.
Articulating the value proposition of the solutions as market leader, while assessing clients needs and proposing the correct solution type and mix to meet their requirements
Working with Business Partners in prospecting and closing activities.
Support necessary corporate activities including forecasting, pipeline progression, prospecting, and trade shows as required.
Proven business acumen, with the ability to position solution Return on Investment (ROI)
Ability to build consistent new revenue pipeline
Commitment to stay current with industry/sector trends
Proven experience to articulate, define and execute creative strategies to grow the Customer Analytics business and reach new markets
Ability to interface within a multi-brand, matrix sales organization
Executive level sales experience
Total Years of Experience Required
At least 6 years experience in enterprise software sales
Readiness to travel upto 3days a wee
At least 3 years experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Cloud application sales and utilization
Atleast 3 years experiences in Mobile based solutions
At least 3 years experience in Enterprise Content Management, Middleware
At least 5 years experience in Proven business acumen, with the ability to position solution Return on Investment (ROI)
At least 5 years experience in Ability to build consistent new revenue pipeline
At least 5 years experience in Proven experience to articulate, define and execute creative strategies to grow the Customer Analytics business and reach new markets
