Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead continuous improvement projects to improve quality, increase productivity, maximize profitability and improve customer satisfaction.
Support project realization and implementation by coaching project leaders, reviewing plans, coordinating start-ups, documenting changes, updating procedures, and training operators Collect Plant Data and Analyze to identify areas requiring improvements.
Facilitate Kaizen & events for short term improvements.
Train associates on LEAN Six Sigma tools and philosophies.
Participate in the development of Management Systems and monitoring (performance charts, data, metrics).
Provide project status updates and reports on all assigned projects in timely manner

Required Knowledge and Skills:

GreenBelt level LSS Experience and demonstrated project leadership capability Statistics and computer skills (Excel, Minitab, PPT) Strong communication skills and leadership ability.
