To Setup and Lead the systems and process implementation for entire statutory compliance and function for the Green field project.
Liaising with different Government departments like as P.F & ESIC Authority, and Labour Department & Factories, Health and safety Authority, Electric board, RIICO, HSIIDC, Pollution control board, Police etc.
To Agreements with contractors, renewal and Verification of Contractors bills for payment with regard to compliance of legal requirements and terms of agreement and authorizing the bills for payment. Daily monitoring & Control of manpower.
Maintain harmonious industrial relations by the way of dealing with employees or union on day-to-day issue/ grievance/dispute(s) of employees & maintaining healthy work friendly environment & organizational culture. Assisting top level management in IR scenario.
Support Project / Civil dept. in regards to the statutory compliance to start the construction of Green field projects. To Follow-up contractors and contractor labour, handling workers grievances and Handling employee settlement. Solution of manpower crisis.
Lead and Handle Disciplinary Issues or misconduct and compliance with corrective actions and timely manner. Ensuring time office functions (payroll & submission of all statutory compliance & records under the Acts).
Trade union-legal affairs/ Established and maintaining non-unionized status of the company by developing and nurturing a positive work culture.
Preparation and Negotiation for wage settlement, Disciplinary actions from complaints to conciliation and / or action, conducting domestic inquiry and represented in inquiry as management representative
Responsible to look after all the cases pending before the labour authorities / in labour courts & regular follow up with the Advocates
Looking after Group Personal Accident Policy and Group Mediclaim Policy. Processing of annual perks of all employees like LTA, Medical, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave encashment etc.
Updating of various details of the employees for salary processing like leave, OD, W/P, C-off, advance, other deductions etc.
To Prepare full & final settlement , joining documents for the selected candidates and ensure proper documentation, And maintain all factory act registers.
Must be a Full time MSW / MBA (HR) from a Reputed college with atleast 8 12 years experience in Statutory Compliance.
Proven track record of setting up the Entire Statutory Compliance process and systems for an Auto OEM or Large Manufacturing Plant at Gujarat would be ideal.
