Job Description

Job Description:

* Managing Channel partners and drive sales through them.
* Planning marketing strategies and setting targets for the team.
* Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
* Direct and coordinate activities involving indirect sales.
* Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
* Advise dealers/brokers on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
* Identification of new channel partners and reinforcement of old partners.
* Visit channel partners to stimulate sales.
* Become familiar with each Dealer's contract and ensure the appropriate fees are included on invoicing.
* Construct and deliver Channel Partners related activity reports and presentations to management as necessary.
* Confer with potential customers regarding their needs and advise them accordingly.
* Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales staff.
* Direct clerical staff to keep records of correspondences, bid requests, and credit collections, and to maintain current information on tariffs, licenses, and restrictions.
* Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
* Gather market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
* Identify new markets and business opportunities.

* Masters Degree in management from an institute of repute.
* Proven skills in sales & marketing management.
* The ability and desire to sell and a confident and determined approach.
* Demonstrated ability to work in a proactively diverse and inclusive organization.
* Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a staff team.
* Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations.
