Preparing and review of MEP Shop drawings, Method of statements, Low Current systems, ELV systems and IT in compliance to ADDC, DEWA, Du regulations and Project Specifications and International standards of electrical and electro mechanical and MEP Services for assigned project.
Operation planning, control and evaluation of MEP Subcontractors project works performance in compliance with Quality of Works and Contract actual obligations.
Evaluate the effect of any changes in MEP Scope/Design/BOQ as per change requests, comments in Shop drawings, engineers instructions, and Variation Claims raised.
Develop MEP Design on site in line with requirements of client for compliance with Sustainable design, reducing of Electrical loads, design review, preparation and approval of Value Engineering, Carrying out FAT for critical MEP Equipment's.
Develop and implement Project strategy, and managing projects strategically to rapidly drive business forward by increasing productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
Attending Technical and Progress Meetings with Clients/Consultants/Local Authorities, Reviewing Monthly Progress Claims/Billings and obtaining approvals from Consultant.
Overseeing the resolution of design discrepancies through all areas of the project though interfacing with Design department and hence facilitating timeout information for construction works.
Providing the required resources to complete the project.
Reviewing the performance of the man / machines employed in the Projects.
Ensuring Quality of construction process.
Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Domain expertise in the field of MEP designing and technology.
Advanced understanding of construction planning, estimating and commercial processes, and supervision of large groups essential.
