1. Identify potential customers and execute the business development plan to reach them
2. Generate Leads through professional network and market intelligence
3. Develop a healthy pipeline of potential investors / tenants for the projects
4. Organize events and marketing campaigns to promote APSEZ
5. Presenting to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails.
6. Develop and enhance marketing materials
7. Responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting and actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch; asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the line managers.
