Reporting to the G.M Supply Chain, the Distribution Manager has to take care of the following job functions:-
Develop standard operating procedures for distribution department.
All types of formats and registers to be developed and implemented
Develop Job Profile for each category of staff.
Dispatches from Factory to the central godown & from there to delivery locations all over the country.
Manage & co-ordinate receipts and dispatches of Loan licensee manufacturers and third party manufacturers
Distribution of 2 divisions of the company to locations all over the country.
Manage 19 C&Fs across India.
Manage inventory at All C&Fs.
Manage Excess Inventory across India.
Proper compilation of All India Indent.
Actively get involved in generating Production planning figures.
Stock Transfers to be affected at minimum cost.
Monthly MIS to be generated and presented to the Directors.
Co-ordination with all departments at H.O.
Export shipments to be coordinated.
All C&F communications to be handled.
Continuous support to all level of field staff.
Near Expiry and Non Moving products stocks to be liquidated
Audit norms maintained
Ensure timely dispatch of goods
Contracts with transporters and couriers to be negotiated.
Claims pertaining to C&F and Stockist to be handled.
Tenders and Institution supplies to be managed.
Manage total distribution of the company efficiently.
