Job Description

We believe that paid social media management is evolving and transforming rapidly and requires constant drive and focus. It's a really exciting role where the Paid Social Director will be responsible for defining our annual approach to paid social media;

You will be responsible for You will work closely with the Heads of Discipline to define how the paid social media proposition can be integrated within the broad POE media mix.
You will be responsible for the relationship of the primary social media/platform suppliers, PMD's and other relevant (paid) social insight tools.
You will manage our key client account relationships where billings exceed 2m P.A (Paid Social only).
You will develop and define strategy and best practices to be implemented agency wide.

This person will be the most senior Paid Social Specialist reporting to both digital MD and the Head of Performance, so to be successful in this role you would need to have 8 years digital experience from a media agency, publisher or client brand, and ideally you are approaching 4 years of experience in paid social. You must have the persona and gravitas to take the lead, run meetings and hold conversations with senior internal and external stakeholders.
