Job Description

Key Considerations:

- A minimum of 12 - 15 years of experience in a Sales Hunter role in the IT professional services firm
- Should have consistently achieved his / her annual quota targets and is an achiever/ go-getter proven Business Development experience
- Proven experience selling to CxO level clients inside and outside of IT organizations
- Has deep knowledge and experience of selling Oracle technology services/ projects/ managed services and products in the past.
- Comfort in selling in Infrastructure Management services will be an advantage - Has closely worked with Oracle account reps and sales teams in the past and demonstrates excellent relationships with Oracle Enterprise/ Technology/ Analytics/ CRM/ Oracle Retail Business Unit teams
- Ability to manage customers, build strong relationships across a number of clients
- Ability to lead large consultative selling pursuits
- Experience in formulating large creative deals
- Strong collaboration skills
- Experience in the global service delivery model and working on globally distributed teams
- Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate effectively along vertical and horizontal planes internally and in client organizations
- Detail-oriented and able to manage and maintain all facets of complex assignments
