Job Description

Position Expectations

The Director of Sales Operations and Strategy must be a strong leader, extremely well organized, analytical, detail-oriented and quality-minded. They will be responsible for leading and managing all Sales Operations functions, and maximizing revenue growth for Fractal. They must be able to identify process improvements in the current sales process right from demand generation to winning a client and come up with the right interventions to improve these.

Delivering Insight, Impact, Innovation
Strong industry domain skills in any one of the key sectors - Financial Services, CPG. Healthcare, or Retail
Should have significant hands-on experience in writing proposals worth more than $5 mn in total value and have been involved in large Analytics deal wins of more 5mn USD
Weekly monitoring of funnel, feasibility, sales revenue conversion and churn against plan. Identifying interventions required for plan achievement and working with cross functional teams for the same.
Ability to take accountability for driving win rates for the proposals they are working on. Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with horizontals and vertical teams to build a consistent messaging

Qualification & Experience

Strong exposure and understanding of sales life cycle, global delivery models (On-site/Off-shore etc)
Direct Sales experience will be a bonus
Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-cultural, dispersed and multi-party teams & working within a matrix structure to harness capabilities of the team and craft a winning proposal
Capacity to translate complex technical solutions,strategies, and themes into readable and winning
Ability to story-board key themes and messages and help build winning client pitches and propositions
Ability to establish and maintain personal credibility with subject matter experts from industry and technology capability
Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities
Detail-oriented; demonstrated organizational and communication skills


Preferably an MBA or an Engineer with relevant experience
