Lead multiple Consulting service projects both in India market and working with onshore US Team to ensure timely delivery of projects within agreed scope and quality by effectively managing resources
within integration services team.
Develop quality project reviews and other department metrics to ensure commitments are delivered correctly and in a timely manner. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizational policies and applicable laws.
Managing all activities of a diverse function area through department managers with overall responsibilities for monitoring long range strategic initiatives.
Efficiently manages communications with client, local and offshore project teams and ensure to track costs, expenses, resource utilization, issues and risk on assigned projects.
Own timely escalation to management.
Create and implement process efficiencies through refinement and development of methodologies and disciplines (i.e. Project Management, Software Development, Implementation Methodologies)
