Purpose of the job:
To plan and execute 'Sales and Marketing' growth strategy of the group.
Roles & responsibilities:
To synergize and establish entire group's sales and marketing strategy by analyzing markets, sales trends and effective team management.
Developing and executing annual sales programme for organization.
Forecasting and achieving expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Developing a vast network and lasting relationships with associates and channel partners.
Maximizing new business development opportunities by representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.
MBA (Sales and Marketing) from a reputed institute.
Managerial and soft competencies:
A self-confident result and customer oriented leader who possesses social competence, believes in strong networking and has excellent communication skills.
Well versed with IT and social media tools. Basic knowledge of activities related to construction and architecture in real estate.
Minimum 15 years, in a company of repute.
