Experienced in Life & General Insurance with exposure to key business areas like Marketing, CRM, Customer Acquisition & Retention, Claims Management, Risk Management, Fraud & Security & Compliance etc. Knowledge of Insurance Customers' in India will be a key. Global exposure will be an added advantage. Must have knowledge on current & future trends in the Insurance industry along with regional flavors. Basic understanding of Analytics will be a big plus. Experience with start-ups is desirable but not mandatory. Must demonstrate atleast a couple of instances of completely out-of-the-box approach adopted in previous assignments. Must possess excellent communication & presentation skills.
1. Ensuring Customer Success: Be a customer confidant & create opportunities to help customers to grow their business & solve their challenges using Big Data & Analytics
2. Business Development: Play the lead role in building a fundamentally strong business in Insurance sector
3. Thought Leadership: Create necessary presence across various channels to establish client's thought leadership in the domain of Insurance & Analytics
4. Product development: Work closely with Tech Team to define product roadmaps.
