Job Description

MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development or equivalent degree

12 Years of HR generalist experience in a global IT/ITES organization

5 Years of experience in HR leadership role working with the Executive Management of an organization

Good knowledge of the principles and practices of HR management and process

Knowledge of local country labour laws and familiarity with international labour law

Expertise working with M&A activities, developing HR strategy, systems, processes and resource models to respond to companyrs quos variable M&A activity

Demonstrated experience working with global HR team to Identify and understand domestic and international employment/regulatory issues and deal terms as they relate to integration to ensure compliance

Experience in designing compensation, and compensation benchmarking

Experience in leading recruitment and employee engagement programs

Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong aptitude for developing and maintaining HR information and HR systems

Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of employees and outside contacts at all levels and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
