Mentor & grow / Hire Engineering Managers to lead up these individual units.
Work closely with Product Management
Minimum 10 years of experience. At least 5 years in a Management role with 2+ years as a Manager of Managers.
Must have spent 2+ years at a start-up or worked in a small and reasonably independent team/dev center.
