Job Description

Build and develop a territory establishing and its affiliate partners as leaders in the digital recruitment advertising market

- Analyze the market and formulate strategies for account penetration

- Identify and pursue strategic media partners in the territory that have the highest potential to partner with the company

- Contact prospective publishers and sign partnership agreements that will drive revenue and result in market dominance

- Maintain relationships with affiliates to ensure their success

- Grow sales in the region, meet sales quota and manage priorities per the company s strategic plan

- Manage an annual territory plan and deliver on monthly goals

- Maintain an up to date pipeline, activity and contact information in companies Channel Sales Force Automation System

- Work closely with Affiliate Development and Marketing departments in order to advance and support sales activities

- Provide feedback to Product Development with regard to affiliate experience with the product / service


- Some Channel sales experience in Internet / Software sector sales (preferably to media companies) internet advertising or recruitment experience a plus

- Experience in territory sales management and strategic solution based selling

- Experience in funnel management and selling process

- Demonstrated success working with Regional or National Channel / Affiliate Partners (a plus)

- Experience in enterprise recruitment advertising or HR related product sales (a plus)

- Ability to work independently and provide timely and accurate status via established management reporting processes
