Managing and Driving Special Projects and Initiatives
Working Closely with the Group HR Head for Reviewing and Reporting
Drive HR Analytics (including Predictive Analytics) in areas of relevance and create a cause for change.
Global and regional initiatives lead to some short duration projects and the incumbent will be expected to enable completion of the same.
Should be from TOP B School with Stable Career.
