Plan, develop, present and execute online media campaigns in multiple channels such as: display, PPC, email, lead generation, mobile and social media.
Consult with clients and other agency teams to establish and achieve specific media goals and objectives.
Evaluate media proposals for potential clients by researching demographic data and consumer profiles to identify unique and compelling placements for reaching targeted audiences desired by clients.
Provide necessary support in the execution, trafficking, managing and optimization of online media campaigns.
Monitor the results of all campaigns to ensure they run smoothly and meet the clients' goals.
Provide campaign reports with results, campaign conclusions and suggested optimizations.
Troubleshoot media discrepancies with clients.
Maintain and stay current on industry news and research.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and publishers.
Ability to work closely with dynamic and international team members to meet tight deadlines

Industry Background & Skills:

4 to 5 years of experience in a progressive media or interactive advertising agency or portal focused on digital marketing media planning
Currently manage a team and at least for one year
Develop and oversee the implementation of digital strategy for multinational clients
Manage media briefs, budgets, and align digital strategy with global brand strategy
Excellent project, people and client management skills
