Job Description

About the role:

Take complete ownership of the project management, maintenance and development of the overall agenda for the MCC
Proactively identify and work closely with partners and vendors to build on the current tools and resources available
Daily interaction with client/ brand teams- answer their digital queries through use of MCC tools, demonstrate the potential usage of tools available and work with them to identify MCC campaigns pipelines
Co-ordinate stakeholders, plan agenda and run the campaign sessions from within the room
Identify growth opportunities for the MCC, its functionality and its role for Unilever teams
Keep on top of industry trends, new tech, innovations and insights to incorporate into the room and help teams identify opportunities
Bi-weekly newsletter, incorporating new tools available, campaigns run from MCC, insights found within the room and upcoming news

The ideal candidate should have:

2+ years of digital experience
Experience in digital planning/ measurement/ analytics/ tools
Understanding of performance media and optimization
Understanding of identification of consumer and category insights
Experience in client facing role- comfortable talking to, managing and interacting with clients and key stake holders
Project management skills
Social Media knowledge
