Job Description

Develop a brand platform for the category, each brand & portfolio development, positioning, marcom, packaging, pricing, agency management, media etc directly impacting sales


Develop purposeful Brand Keys to win preference & build brand equity Lead market research & consumer insights, leading to deep consumer understanding & consequent product development 

Create an innovation pipeline & brand-wise product road map for each team to deliver on the brand promise & reinforce the brand positioning 

New product development with R&D & manufacturing to make offering NextGen; build portfolio & increase SKUs at the targeted price points & margins 

Create communication platforms for each brand in the category 

Develop brand guidelines, templates & create training content for the sales force 

Deploy brand-wise media plans, budgets & forecast, track brand equity -- understand strengths & weaknesses and take corrective action 

Deep business acumen to gain market share by strengthening equity & product offering 

Closely monitor Portfolio margin, ROI Monitor, Sub-category-wise market share, Brand Equity Metrics, Market Intelligence
