Job Description

Job Responsibilities : -

Build relationships with leading with OEMs through periodic visit, direct mailers, seminars and
Conferences
2. Identify and prospecting the new customer for the New Business development.
3. Extensively involved in the new product development from the Design to supply.
3. Manage engineering changes with respect to program profitability & customer engagement.
4. Ensure satisfactory resolution of all quality / supply issues of customers
5. Key multiple accounts management.
6. Responsible for business win targets in line with organizational goals.
7. Price negotiation and finalization of supply contracts.
8. Supporting existing customers and program on issues basis.
9. Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by ascertaining adherence to delivery (JIT) & quality
10. Engaging in commercial negotiations for productivity & RM surcharges
11. To gather market intelligence on existing competition, market pricing and strategizing accordingly.
12. Direct involvement in pursuit of team activity and lead element of pursuit strategy.
13. Building and strengthening customer relations with key clients for repeat and referral business
14. Conducting commercial viability of the product (Costing, Pricing, VA/VE and cost benefits etc.)
15. To improve current model of profitability and ensuring bottom line in line with set target.
16. Well aware of the current Export/Import policy and export documentations, logistic (export-import)
17. Well aware of the procedure to claim Exports benefits.

Add new customer and grow the business with existing customer.
Ensure timely correction of prices inline with commodity price movement and maintain overall profitability of the region.
On time collections of due receivables. Coordinate and participate in technical discussion, support new product development activities and obtain design and product approvals from customers
