Job Description

1. 12-18 years of Telecom managed Services Pre Sales Experience
2. Preparation of End to end Solution for Managed services in all domains, e.g., Wireless, Wireline, Infra and Enterprise
3. Should have working experience on Managed Services RFPs
4. Should have understanding of KPIs and SLAs for Managed Services
5. Network Performance Management / NPO knowledge
6. Excellent Customer communication and presentation skills
7. Excellent Customer presentation /discussion skills to convince the customer on MS solutions
8. Understanding of PnL (Profit and Loss) and Business Case for Managed Services
9. Should be able to handle MS RFPs independently including Understanding the Scope, preparing Statement of Compliances, Solution preparation, Customer presentation, Technical Solution Documents and Contract documents closure with customers, Costing and PnL
10. Excellent Team Work Skills to work as team and manage relations with other departments, e.g., Product, Account, Legal, Commercials, etc.
11. Past Experience of handling similar position
12. Fluent in English
13. Excellent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
