1.Build a competent service oriented HR ops team.
2.Leverage technology to automate, enhance service/efficiency and reduce costs.
3.To define, document and enhance the quality of all operational processes and workforce. This includes payroll, retrial benefits, and non-monetary benefits and so on.
4.Ensure integrity of the HR database including the employee master and the pay-roll master.
5.Ensure compliance with internal accounting requirements as well as external statutory requirements.
6.Generate and provide timely MIS and undertake regular audits.
7.Maintain confidentiality of all information and Undertake regular Audits
8.Defining clear roles and responsibilities of HR operations staff and monitoring the performance of the team at periodic intervals.
9.Assists with coordinating yearly processes including year-end closing, contract roll overs, yearly rate and pay schedule adjustments, work year calendars, staffing, etc.
10.Strong technical skills with advanced proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications required.
11.Must be knowledgeable on Labour Legislation's pertaining to statutory benefits
12.Strong ability to work in a team environment with a strong problem solving skills.
