Job Description

Technical requirement for 'Core Human Resources' * 4-8 years of hands-on experience in implementing Core HR * Configuration/setup experience on Oracle 11.5.10 and R12 * Understanding of other Oracle HCM modules like OLM, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits would be a plus * Full lifecycle implementation experience - This includes planning, analysis, design, configuration, CRP2 validation sessions, SIT and go-live * Experience in AIM methodology (i.e. BR.100, MD.50, CV.40, and TE.40) * Good communication skills Technical requirement for 'Compensation &Benefits Mgmt' * 4+ yrs of Oracle HRMS exp, at least 2 projects on Compensation & Benefits Mgmt * Understanding of configuration/setup related to Comp & Benefits * Understanding of other Oracle HCM modules like OLM, Performance Management, iRec would be a plus * Optimize Incentive Comp Mgmt (ICM) capabilities from the design & modeling of programs through perf tracking, reporting & analysis & dispute resolution * Exp on R12 & AIM methodology (i.e. BR.100, MD.50, CV.40, and TE.40) * Good communication skills Technical requirement for 'Self-Service Human Resources' * Must have at least 4+ years experience in Oracle EBS HCM * Should have excellent knowledge and handon experience on core HR and Self Service HR * Good knowledge of other modules like OLM, Performance Management, Payroll, CWB is desirable * Working experience on R12 * Must have atleast 2-3 full life cycle implementation experience in HRMS * Must have experience in AIM documentation (i.e. BR.100, MD.50, CV.40, TE.40). * Must have excellent communication skills
