Skills Required: TIBCO
*Providing technical support to IBM MQ Servers and TIBCO servers and work with other IT departments and user organization on relevant technical issues.
*IBM WebSphere MQ server installation and configuration; Queue manager creation; Queues & Topics creation and management.
*SSL installation, renewal and configuration.
*Backup and restore using native and third party tools.
*Maintaining the MQ and monitoring the MQ processes for CPU / Memory /Disk usage and reviewing the server logs.
*Tibco administration - installation, configuration of Admin, EMS, HAWK and BW.
*Create tibco EMS queues and topics.
*Configure/Renew SSL on TIBCO EMS.
*Create/ Modify Tibco Hawk web rules.
*Work with TIBCO registry and governance tools.
*Analyzing technical problems and creating solutions involving the use of existing techniques and/or tools.
*Performing assigned tasks in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
*To able to perform in 24 x 7 Environment in shift roaster and Provide oncall support (24X7) on rotation basis.
*Work with Change & Problem Management Tools.
*Preparing technical documentation.
