2 years to 4 Years with a Bachelors or Diploma qualification International Call Taking experience to provide Technical Support to Customers on availability
Fluent in English
Handle issues related to Customer Technical issues ranging from Simple PC Related problems to Application related issues
Basic ticketing of all types of issues using appropriate CRM Tool set
Globally monitor triage and escalate all system problems
Assist with other computer operations activities as required
