The key job responsibilities include the following:
Contribute to the development of pursuit, marketing, and other related communication assets and collateral for print and digital media.
Manage multiple concurrent assignments, adhering to the defined quality and project management approach, and delivering on time.
Develop and execute visually compelling creative design concepts, layouts, templates for marketing and pursuit collateral (brochures, presentations, info graphics, promotional assets, interactive assets).
Contribute to story boarding with Illustrations, concept development, and theme development for print and interactive assets.
Ensure brand compliance and sound formatting of pursuit and marketing collateral and assets.
Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams, from understanding of expectations to execution and delivery.
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite; specifically advanced level of work experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Dreamweaver, and mastery level in InDesign.
Advanced skills in Adobe Flash presentations and scripting.
Advanced level of work experience in MS Office suite (specifically Word and PowerPoint presentations).
Ability to translate complex information/analytics to simple infographics or other visual communication methods.
Strong ability to conceptualize, transform, and develop graphic elements into visually appealing forms and translate a marketing strategy into a visually compelling creative design for print, digital, and new media (iPad, interactive) with an eye for detail.
Ability to think creatively, aesthetically, independently, and with a strong working knowledge of media and current trends.
Experience/knowledge of brand guidelines and templates.
Good project, client, and relationship management skills, and the ability to work at a quick, deadline-oriented pace.
