Job Description


Act as Subject Matter Expert in Statistical Model Development and Commercial Banking domain. Will be responsible for delivery of high quality analytical and benchmarking solutions in the commercial lending space for banks and financial institutions who are customers of Client.
Have strong understanding of business domain, its strategic direction, functional goals, and the required technical expertise.
Lead the analytics delivery team, and will be accountable for the full project cycle of analytical and modeling projects, which includes developing detailed modeling and analysis requirements, performing advanced statistical techniques and creation of models including predictive scorecards, coordinating analytical resources, and ensuring that deliverables are in accordance with expectations and business needs.
Sees the 'bigger picture' and assesses relationships between recommended analytical solutions / projects and business performance.
Partner with Business Development team in formulating key analytical strategies / solutions to achieve a higher value.
Makes decisions, even with ambiguous /incomplete data at a pace that balances the need for further analysis and the need for timely decision given business pressures / requirements.
Drive initiatives which ensure higher efficiency automation, develop training manual, etc.
Work with multiple customers/functions on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
Monitor and review of all projects with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of projects.
Recruit, on-board, train, coach and develop talent. Provide necessary people management.
Assure compliance of regulatory and privacy issues during implementation of modeling and analysis projects.




Proven leadership track record of managing and leading teams in dynamic/changing marketing environments
Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
Ability to conceptualize new solutions. Strong project management and client management skills.
Prior product development and/or modeling experience. Experience in the study of business data using statistical analysis in order to discover and understand historical patterns with an eye to predicting and improving business performance
Knowledge of implementation and of analytical solutions like score cards, segmentation etc.
Proficiency in SAS
