This is a Pan India Profile of Training to Sales Promoters/ Advisers.
1. Sales and Budget Management
a. Monitor Customer Ad visor Recruitment in line with laid policies and processes pan India.
b. Monitor and drive productivity of Customer Ad-visors by continuous feedback mechanism, schemes and activation.
c. Control CPU by continuous feedback mechanism, stringent budget control and compensation management.
d. Regular Benchmarking with competition on Compensation, Incentives and Best Practices.
2. Training of Ad-visors
a. Improve training modules continuously through quarterly evaluations and feedback mechanism. Also, strive to continuously improve the evaluation systems/ processes to make Ad-visor training more effective for higher productivity and better Brand Representation at the field.
b. Deploy soft skill training to improve productivity and monitor impact.
c. Continuous tracking and sharing of trainings.
3. Data support for Management Decision making
a. Improve infrastructure - online/ telephonic/ sms/ net based etc to facilitate and improve customer adviser management of Ad-visors.
4. Reward & Recognition, Retention for Customer advisers
a. F2F implementation, get together etc. continuing existing practices,
b. Innovative ideas for improving motivation
c. Schemes to be drawn under R&R, Innovation for R&R
5. Policies, Processes and Compliance
a. Set up and monitor policies for smooth administration of Ad-visors, work on recruitment and retention, ensure compliance to all norms.
b. Ensure smooth data management liaising with call centre, branches and GIL
c. Market Visits done with actionable reports and steps taken thereafter with competition benchmarking
d. Interacting with Manpower Agencies and Call Centers to generate and monitor required MIS and payments to ad visors across the country.
