Partner with ER & C&B for Smooth joining formalities for new Joiners.
Partner with C&B for Offer letters & salary stack-up sheet to be released to the selected candidates.
(b) Directing & Monitoring
Acquiring knowledge & skills of related areas of the Function
Taking care of all recruitment activities on floor.
Managing candidates on floor, conducting PIR &written test as per business need.
Notifying the immediate supervisor about the need of any additional resource to hire the required manpower Viz Advertisement/Manpower consultants etc.
Make effective follow up calls to the selected candidates
Updating the Hiring Manager & the process ER about Probable joiners

Ensure all the Hiring Managers are satisfied with the Turnaround time and quality of hire.
Escalate Pending recruitment issues to supervisor / appropriate function head.
Co-ordination with other departments

Proactively talking to hiring manager for near future requirements and preparing a Database for the same.
