JOB PURPOSE

Alliance Real Estate team, Project Management. Need to handle all real estate project executions across Comapny entities.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIES:
1. Project Management - He is responsible for real estate project execution acrossComapny entities in INDIA.
- Vendors Management
- Quality & Time Management
- Safety Management
- Interactions with Client & Handing over
2. MS Project & CAD - CAD Knowledge for drawing preparation & analysis.
- Layout preparation.
- MS Project : Prepare Project schedule, Milestone & track.
3. Technical Spec - Need to prepare technical inputs & validate BOQ.
- Technical Due Diligence.
4. MIS Reports - Project Status
- Plans & Execution status
- Periodical reports
- Budget vs Actual

MAJOR CHALLENGES:
