PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Handle Marketing and Communication related activities for all functions/departments within the organisation as well as two zones (West & South). The person would also handle all events for all departments for the organisation.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in close coordination with all the non-sales functions of the organisation for their marketing and communication requirements especially those for internal communications. Also spearhead the marketing function and provide all marketing support for the two zones - West & South. In addition he would also have to plan, manage and execute all events for all the departments within the organisations - largely RnR events for distributors and channel partners, as well as employee related events.
Experienece : 2-3 years of experience in Life Insurance
Qualification : MBA from premier B-School, with a specialisation/Post Graduate degree/diploma in Marketing.
