Responsible for People Initiatives for Location
Drive Retention Initiatives for Location.
Drive Employee Engagement and Touch points.
Address Employee Grievances and escalations.
Drive Talent Management programs for Domestic.
Assist VHR head for Key HR Operational Processes.
Performance Management, IJP, Confirmation, Disciplinary Action Process, Exits and Transfer, Reward and Recognition - at Domestic level.
Employee Communication and policy awareness
Ensure adherence on HR policy and processes and improve operational excellence.
Most importantly should have analytical bend of mind wherein he/she should have done extensive analysis related to HR points
Work Experience: 5-8 years
Knowledge and skills:
Proficiency on Statutory laws is a must.. given that there is a high likely hood that he will need to deal with stat compliance related situations with employees and external statutory authorities.
