Job Description

Division / Business Unit: HR

Industry Type: Multinational automotive manufacturing industry

Roles and Responsibilities

I. Provide dedicated support and guidance to multiple managers and employees and HR Business Partners with specific focus on : employee engagement, HR Fundamentals and processes, employee relations management and performance management.
II. Provides employees and managers with available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR Topics and issues.
III. Coach managers to develop leadership capabilities.
IV. To manage the companys HR Policies and procedures and ensure full adherence including any disciplinary and grievance issues.
V. Drive HR initiatives, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the best diverse and global talent, to meet business objectives.
VI. Support HR activities including headcount reviews, HR lifecycle (Joiners Leavers etc) via our HR Admin team and other day to day support.
VII. Guidance and implementation of Rewards and recognition, ensuring appropriate level of performance.
VIII. Support and lead HR projects as needed.

Requirements, minimum education level and experience

I. MBA in HR from reputed college required.
II. Change management experience- implementation of a change project such as implementing of new service or benefit concept to employees
III. Human Resource experience should include familiarity with and experience in Recruitment, employee relations and employee communication. Must have knowledge of basic HR laws and applications. Employee relations/coaching and performance management experience.

Experience: 8+ to 15 years

Education: Candidate must be have MBA in HR from Reputed Institute
