Various remedy in different IR Problems.
Long term wage settlement with Unions (LTS) and dealing with unions in various issues (Wage Agreement).
Disciplinary action, which found accused in various misconduct as per rules of Standing Order & conduct
Minimum wages act, Payment of wages act and Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970(Reg etc)
Liaison with AKVN for Water and Electricity connection (Indian electricity rules).& Electrical inspection Dept
Liaisoning for DG installation
