Job Description

  • Verifying Document the incident
  • Confirm customer complaint
  • Highlight new issues in field which is not capture by other sources
  • To participate in joint investigation, field surveys and critical issues.
  • To communicate between customer quality department team and AS team For field failures and countermeasures
  • Taking part in Vehicle Launch Operation
  • Ensure the repair assistance of the dealer workshop, in support and/or in place of the Skill technician 
  • Works hands-on on the vehicle 
  • Analyse the data and make proper presentation to escalate issues
  • Ensure regular visit of the dealers, and provide on the job training whenever necessary
  • Ensure the technical support of the network
