Front Line and Lateral Recruiting Develops recruitment strategies for the business unit to ensure the selection of top quality candidates. Works with business and HR leaders to forecast recruiting needs and determine the best source of talent.
Leadership Recruiting Works with leadership recruiter to attract top talent to key leadership roles.
Expense Control Work within budgets and monitors recruiting expenses to ensure expenses remain within budget.
Internal Relations Creates and maintains partnerships with HR, business leaders to understand recruitment needs and develop recruitment strategies.
External Relations Develops and maintains relationships with search firms and networking organizations.
Analysis Tracks analytical data regarding all facets of the hiring process and monitors ROI. Adjusts recruiting strategy, as needed, based on analysis.
Project Management Lead and execute on top priority or complex recruiting related projects to help streamline the recruiting process or enhance the brand experience for candidates.
