To identify areas of front line research in field of minerals like bentonite , bauxite, kaolin or others.
To guide R&D team to publish papers/patent / innovative process / technology in international journals.
To set up high level documentation system and follow the same for all the R&D developmental work.
Responsible for utilization & maintenance of the state of the Art R & D Instruments like SEM-EDAX, XRD, ICPS, BET, DSC-TGA, DILATOMETER, MALVERN PARTICLE SIZER, XRF-WAVE LENGTH DISPERSIVE
PHD with 15-20 years / M-TECH above 15 years.
Exceptionally bright B-TECH graduate working as Scientist in any National laboratory or CSIR laboratory having more than 15 years of experience will also be considered.
Hands on experience on state of the art characterization instruments like SEM-EDAX, XRD, ICPS, BET, DSC-TGA, DILATOMETER, MALVERN PARTICLE SIZER, XRF-WAVE LENGTH DISPERSIVE and TEM will be compulsory.
PHD/ M-TECH/M.Sc in Material science/ Inorganic chemistry/ Chemical technology. Hands on experience in the field of Mineral Chemistry/ ceramics materials/ Refractories and composites will be preferred.
