Manage Claim Quality / Training & Client related KPI's .
Evaluate effectiveness of TQ interventions.
Strengthen Qlty Mgt. processes / framework to improve Qlty delivery.
Graduate in any discipline desirable with Min.10+ yrs in a BPO & associated with the Qlty Deptt.
Data Handling / data interpretation.
Needs to have good working knowledge of transaction Quality systems, tools & technologies.
