Lend direction towards initiatives aimed at increasing company visibility in niche talent pools
Meet challenging recruiting targets across levels consistently within SLAs
Manage the recruitment / Talent Search, life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification/ receiving the manpower requirements from business
Automate / update all the system & process related to Talent Acquisition. Put in place selection procedures, test constructions, administration and automation.
Drive increasingly cost-effective sources of hiring. Developing and executing profile -specific search strategies to build a continuous talent pipeline.
Analyze, recommend & implement Process Improvements in the Talent search Process
Arrange and review job analysis, job descriptions and human specifications
Generate monthly MIS Reports and review open mandates and with rational per candidate cost of acquisition
Skills Required :
Hand on experience of bulk and front line hiring
Strong understanding of BPO dynamics and stakeholder management
Strong business partnering, analytical and problem solving skills
Fundamentally a strong people manager. Should be able to guide a team to success
