Cost Reductions through Levers as Negotiation, Resourcing, VA/VE, Logistics & Packaging and creating reservoir in line with Budget requirements.
Improvement in Purchasing Index, Supplier Base Rationalization, Quality of the assigned Commodities / Segments.
Achieve QCDs performances of the assigned commodities/ segments for serial & Project Purchasing.
Lead team in ZBC, Costing, Price negotiations.
Leads supplier risk mitigation for the assigned commodity/segments.
Leading, Managing and motivating the team to achieve organizational objectives.
Defining and implementing divisions purchasing strategy of the commodities incorporating global strategy of the Company.
Performing strategic sourcing analyses (internal constraints, external risks, cost analysis and understanding of strategic levers, analysis of the supplier market).
Identifying, in particular, best-in-class suppliers who match Organizations strategy and selection criteria.
Making the current supplier base evolve toward the target supplier base by re-sourcing and by controlling the assignment of new business.
Participating in Branch (and Group) coordination.
Drawing and implementing the productivity plan for my purchasing commodities in line with budget objectives by using all levers: technical and commercial productivity, QCD workshops, re-sourcing, etc.
Ensuring the quality of purchased components with the support of Supplier Quality Assurance team.
Supporting new projects.
Selection of suppliers for each project. Validates the final choice and ensures that supplier designers are integrated properly.
Monthly and weekly reporting of the divisions purchasing performance.
Managing a team to identify and implement actions related to increase of Gross Margin of new projects and managing engineering change activities.
Should have Experience in Commodity Management (especially Automotive battery components) Project Procurement, Indigenous and Import Procurement for production material to the organization.
Should be Proficent in vendor development process, negotiation and communication skills.
