Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Business Partnering and Consultative decision making
Partner with business to facilitate in performance management
Culture Change and Alignment - strategic change management
Retention Specialist - Attrition Control
Actively support businesses through HR interventions and employee counseling.
Champion Employee & Team Development
Strategic and dynamic decision making in line with business goals - Business Partnering & stake holder mgmt
Drive efficiencies by looking into and improving existing processes to impact HR metrics
Mentor/Coach to drive performance at organization Level
Exposure to quality concepts/QMS Audit and Compliance requirements

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Full Time MBA in HR from an august institute
12+years of experience covering multiple gamuts of HR functions
Certified people/competency assessor/ recruiter/coach (Preferable)

Other Relevant Requirements:

Must have handled large size cross functional teams
An ace communicator at both individual and social level
Should have exposure to build, run and innovate processes
Clear thinker and executor
High on interpersonal and team handling skills
Ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate
Patience and Perseverance
Out of the Box Thinking
Ability to stand tall under pressure
Willing to stretch as per role requirements
