Job Description

Responsible for project managing organizational development interventions for entire company
Responsible for smooth execution of annual employee engagement survey (SAMVAAD) across company including analyzing the survey report for presentation to senior management
Responsible for project managing GPTW survey process which includes culture diagnisis, analyzing the report for presentation to senior management as well as conceptualizing initiatives to improve the rank
Partner with HR heads to identify critical business requirements that require OD interventions and work with them to conceptualize and implement the interventions
Constantly stay updated with the internal and external environment in which company operates and work closely with reporting manager to identify possible areas which may require OD interventions
Responsible for designing initiatives that will create a culture of company passion for internal as well as external stakeholders
Design and implement initiatives to promote RISE culture in company
Partner effectively with HR heads to create framework for providing career opportunities for employees in line with their career aspirations
Design and implement initiatives to promote company EVP for internal and external stakeholders
