KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Serve as Primary contact for state and Federal related compliance matters
concerning Back office and Front office in healthcare
Work closely with internal legal teams with external law firms to develop on
compliance requirements pertaining to the existing lines of business and potential
lines of business.
Assess requirements for both on shore and off shore processes
Responsible for Effectiveness of Process Controls & Efficiency and achievement of overall process competitiveness
Be the single point of contact for all compliance matters pertaining to new logos and new business from existing logos. As the single point of contact ensure that company complies with all state and Federal requirements.
Ensure checks and balances are set within delivery organizations to ensure
compliance to laws. These checks and balances could be through audit mechanisms.
Work closely with clients audit teams with respect to external audits and ensure 100% pass rate on all these audits
Ensure that we are compliant with the TPA licensing and regulatory requirements in partnership with the other departments of Company's (legal, compliance, third party advisors etc.)
STRATEGIC INPUTS / SKILLS REQUIRED :
Should be well versed with the Laws pertaining to US Healthcare market
Should have a degree/diploma in Law
A strong inclination for audit and compliance
