interventions that provide greater flexibility of learning opportunities.
Define functional training framework in terms of efficiency and effectiveness that are directly linked
to organizational and business goals by establishing and maintaining partnerships with key business
leaders, HR Generalists and the Performance Management team
Define a framework for measurement and analysis of training impact on change in associate behavior
and performance that could be possible drivers for 0-90 day attrition.
Ensure consistency in training content effectiveness by defining and operationalizing a content
evaluation framework for programs
Design and develop outline for associatesrsquo induction to New Hire Process Training.
Create overall T&TQ function budget and define processes for forecasting and monitoring expenses
and deliver Cost take out initiatives with defined dollar savings for the year.
Ensure savings through either Reward or saving penalty for each of the allocated accounts
Strategizing the value added initiatives that could help an account to do more farming.
Facilitate mid-level leader development/ succession planning for global program across locations
Drive continuous improvement program across processes. Key Skills:BB certification is mandatory
Demonstrated success in Transactional Quality and Training
Thorough knowledge of MS office tools like Power point and awareness of BI tools such as SAS, SPSS ,
project, excel are critical for the job
Strong communication & facilitation skills
Strong analytical skill- ability to work with huge volume of data using statistical tools
Excellent knowledge of Six sigma and lean methodology
Flexible approach to tackling projects
