Job Description

Conceptualizing and implementing insightful administrative strategies in respect of viable operations, training and development, financial planning and cost control.

Steering admin operations with focus on devising policies and directives, overseeing their implementation to ensure achievement of pre set goals and mission of the organization.

Ensuring effective rendering of admin services including facilities, horticulture, canteen, traffic, office equipment, pest control, mail room, communication etc to enable smooth day to day admin operations.

Will be Responsible for:
Housekeeping Management
Cafeteria Management
Guest House Arrangement
Facility Management
Event Management
Tie ups with School, Hotels & Hospitals.
. Procurement and negotiation with suppliers related to facility management

. Vendor management including expense budgeting

Desired Profile:

Ex Army Men Preferred .
Short Comissioned Officer .
