Job Description

Responsible for the development strategy for new projects including feasibility wrt development potential, location studies, due diligence, business plan etc. present & get board approval 

Initiate the project with design team, manage cash flow & finance, monitor all project variables, coordinate with HODs & manage the project life cycle 

Be management representative & completely oversee development of a project wrt approvals, planning, budgets & fund flow, contractors management, sales progress, marketing plans, construction & coordination with all HODs 

For existing projects coordinate with Architects, Consultants to translate strategy into operations; Define internal processes 

360 Project monitoring to ensure seamless & timely delivery within cost & quality parameters especially cash flow, budget & documentation Identify the list of approvals required based on the project plan & architectural drawings & ensure timely approvals through the liaise team 

Good business acumen in development potential of project, revenue streams, business planning, fund raising & management plan; excellent leadership skills 

BE+MBA, 10-14 years experience, 35-38 years of age, Rs. 25-30 lakhs per annum 

Mature guy, get respect of HODs, function & carry himself as rep of Director & MD 
Ideally from real estate fund or MDs office in developer
Do not want project guys
