Job Description

Ideal candidate would be professionally qualified CA and/or CMA with 10 year of post qualification experience in Senior position in an organization of repute. Aspiring candidate would preferably be from Service Industry engaged in Facility Management / Hospitality Business. 


Job Description

Manage cash flow and forecasting.
Ensuring quality and accuracy of accounting as per company law and accounting standards.
Value added activities including cost reduction, Risk Assessment & De-Risking i.e. the Statutory Compliance and Internal compliance.
Designing and implementing financial plans; formulating need-based business plans; policies and procedures to facilitate internal financial control; providing strategic inputs; for maximizing profitability, revenue generation and realize organizational goals.
Reviewing the financial performance on monthly basis. Monitoring monthly MIS expected by Management.
Monitoring and managing fund flows for optimum utilization of available funds
Implementing effective costing systems for determining costs at various stages, monitoring various overheads and achieving optimum cost levels
Looking after the all statutory compliance relating to Company Law, Service Tax, VAT, Income Tax including TDS, etc
Preparing audit plans for Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, VAT, Service Tax Audits; directing the operations of the team members involved in the auditing functions.
Effective management of Stat, Tax & Secretarial compliance

Preparing audit plans for Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, VAT, Service Tax Audits; directing the operations of the team members involved in the auditing functions.
Managing the working capital and treasury operations.
Updating changes in law (Company, Taxation) affecting organization and taking timely action.
Annual Budgeting and preparing monthly variance analysis.
Weighting new business proposals and advising management on the same.
Monitoring banking compliance in respect of Loans availed, as well as help in arranging new lines of credit from Financial Institutions.
- Should be capable of managing team size of 20-25 officials.
