Generate and analyze data entry metrics outputs and report on a weekly basis and monthly basis.
Verify the metrics and take appropriate action including conducting team review meeting, Liaise with the quality lead, Liaise with the training team if required.
Daily work allocation within the team
Capture of data for metrics reporting
Provide resolution to issues that may arise during data entry process
Ensures all the records and documents maintained as per organizational requirements in SharePoint
People management skills & ability to guide and motivate team
