* Past leadership experience in handling complex technical deliveries
* Driving industrialization and cost reduction initiatives
* Good background knowledge in a large enterprise with VMware, Windows 2003/ 2008 Active Directory Citrix, Cloud and Exchange 2003/ 2007/ 2010 environment
* Good at preparing Service Delivery reporting documentation with good presentation skill
* Excellent understanding of various virtualization and server architecture
* Good people management and leadership skills
* Client focused with regards to service delivery. Good at project delivery management and service management skills
* Good analytical and Problem solving skills
* Able to respond to and resolve client queries and requests in a timely manner
* Ready to travel
